Tropical Papaya Perfection

Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Papaya chunks- 4-6 pcs

Yogurt- 1 katori

Coconut water- 1/2 glass

Grounded flaxseed- 1 tsp

Soaked chia seeds- 1tsp

Crushed ice- 1/2 cup (optional)

DIRECTIONS

In a blender, add papaya, yogurt, coconut water, flaxseed, chia seed and ice. Blend all together until it becomes smooth and frothy.

Pour in a glass and serve chill.

Blueberries 5 units

Almonds 3-4

Chia seeds 1 tbsp


DIRECTIONS:

Combine all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

For Orange Juice

Oranges- 2

Cane Sugar- 1/2 tsp


For White Juice

Banana - 1

Milk - 1/2 cup

Kiwi- 1

Water- 1/2 cup

Cane Sugar- 1/2 tsp


DIRECTIONS

Squeeze the orange juice by hand or using a juicer. Mix the sugar. Strain it and keep aside.

Grind the banana and sugar to a smooth puree. Add the milk and blend. Strain and keep it ready.

Wash the blender and puree the kiwi with sugar. Add water and blend again. Strain it through a strainer and keep aside.
