Coconut water- 1/2 glass
Grounded flaxseed- 1 tsp
Soaked chia seeds- 1tsp

DIRECTIONS
In a blender, add papaya, yogurt, coconut water, flaxseed, chia seed and ice. Blend all together until it becomes smooth and frothy.
